Main page
We spearheaded a transformative redesign of the main page for an online vitamins and supplements marketplace. By prioritizing intuitive navigation and visually engaging product showcases, we achieved remarkable user engagement and sales growth. This case study showcases how strategic UX/UI design can drive tangible results in the e-commerce realm.
Product page
On the product page, we meticulously crafted every element, ensuring easy-to-read instructions, prominent product imagery, and essential details such as milligrams, capsules, and other critical information. Our UX solutions were informed by previous data obtained from user persona and user flow analysis.
Cart
Crafting the cart experience, we thoughtfully considered industry-specific nuances and tailored it to meet the unique needs of our customers. We designed a seamless purchase process that allows customers to choose between individual blister packs or full packaging, providing them with the flexibility to either pick up their order at the nearest shop or complete the purchase online. Additionally, we introduced a 'share the cart' feature, enabling shoppers to make collective decisions.
