About the Project:
Case of creating a new CRM system from scratch, developing the logic, structure, and UX/UI design of the product to compete with well-known systems in terms of price and functionality, without sacrificing usability.
The CRM was needed to centralize and streamline contact management across various branches, making it easier for managers to add new client details, leave comments, and initiate deals.
Our Task: Our task was to design the logic, structure, and UX/UI of a CRM system to streamline and unify contact management for the client's multiple branches. The system needed to be intuitive, visually appealing, and customizable to meet the client's needs.
Client Requirements
The client wanted the CRM system to be the best of both worlds: the usability of HubSpot and the visual appeal of Microsoft. They needed it to feature customizable themes and a clean, straightforward design.
Challenge
The primary challenge was the absence of a centralized system for contact management. The client required a solution that could integrate contacts from different sources, allow managers to add new client details, and provide a cohesive user experience across all branches.
Approach
We adopted an Agile approach to ensure flexibility and iterative improvements, conducting thorough research and analyzing various project references to understand market dynamics and user behavior. This methodology allowed us to respond quickly to feedback and refine the CRM system without delays.
Key Deliverables
Developed a comprehensive informational architecture and defined user flows tailored to the CRM's operational needs.
Created a series of prototypes, starting with low-fidelity concepts and moving to detailed ones. These prototypes focused on user-friendly contact management, including advanced search capabilities and streamlined contact addition
Implemented Fluent UI for scalability and consistent branding.
Final design
We created detailed system designs for both desktop and mobile views. Starting with low-fidelity prototypes, we visualized initial concepts and then developed detailed prototypes for:
Contact management
Search functionality and new contact addition
Customizable forms for data import and field types
Detailed customer profiles
Results
We successfully developed a user-friendly and robust CRM system that met all the client's requirements.
To optimize the budget, we handed the project over to the client for independent design scaling and further development based on the UI guide developed by our designers.
