About project:
The owner of Selzy is Ecomz Holding Limited based in Cyprus. Ecomz Holding Limited is an international company with a large team of specialists from different countries. They started their service in 2008. Since then, company delivered 65 billion emails straight to inboxes and helped 870,000+ clients to do email marketing.
Main task:
Redesign the homepage, identify new growth points and ensure lead generation at the stage of first touch with the product.
Design distinctions:
We used the Story Tailing approach for the UI pages, creating a new design.
Process:
We started with a UX audit:
- reviewed quantitative indicators using Google Analytics;
- identified weak points of user transitions;
- integrated Hotjar to collect qualitative data;
- evaluated user behavior;
- built hypotheses on how to improve the interface based on all collected data.
We proceeded to the implementation of UX/UI changes:
- redesigned the structure of the main page for the Ukrainian website;
- made a redesign based on the existing style of the head company.
Home page:
We moved the significant advantages higher. We reduced the page length because the scroll depth was up to three screens. Also, we placed the CTAs on all of the key screens.
Results:
We designed a home page that tells the story of how easy it is to start working with email newsletters with Selzy.
As a result, the number of leads increased by 24%.
